Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Lumina, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Lumina is a personal vocabulary learning tool provided free of charge for individual, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without our prior written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may create only one account per person. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at lior2.b.s@gmail.com.

The word database, translations, example sentences, and all other educational content within Lumina are provided for personal educational use only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Lumina includes a virtual in-app currency called Lumens. Lumens are a virtual reward system with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed for anything outside the app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Lumens system at any time.

We may update, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

Lumina is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LHK Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Lumina.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Lumina at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct harmful to other users or to us. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
